En Aires para Autos nos enorgullecemos de la calidad de nuestros productos de aire acondicionado automotriz y queremos que compres con total tranquilidad. Por eso ofrecemos la siguiente política de garantía:

1. Cobertura de la Garantía

  • Blowers: Garantía de por vida contra defectos de fabricación, válida únicamente si el cliente adquiere el programa de garantía extendida.  
  • Condensadores: Garantía de 1 año.
  • Evaporadores: Garantía de 1 año contra defectos de fabricación. Garantía de por vida si el cliente adquiere el programa de garantía extendida.  
  • Compresores: Garantía de 1 año con la compra conjunta del condensador, drier y válvula.
  • Otros productos: Cobertura de 90 días, salvo que se indique lo contrario en la factura.

2. Exclusiones de la Garantía

Esta garantía no cubre:

  • Instalación incorrecta o inadecuada.
  • Uso indebido, negligencia o alteraciones del producto.
  • Daños ocasionados por accidentes, choques o desastres naturales.
  • Desgaste normal por el uso.
  • Mano de obra, instalación o gastos adicionales relacionados.

3. Procedimiento de Reclamo

Para hacer efectivo un reclamo de garantía:

  1. Presenta el comprobante de compra original.
  2. Entrega el producto defectuoso en nuestras facilidades para inspección.
  3. Describe el problema al momento de la reclamación.

Nuestro equipo evaluará el caso en un plazo de 5 a 10 días hábiles.

4. Soluciones Ofrecidas

Dependiendo de la evaluación, Aires para Autos podrá:

  • Reparar el producto.
  • Reemplazarlo por uno nuevo o equivalente.
  • Emitir un crédito en mercancía.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

La responsabilidad de Aires para Autos bajo esta garantía se limita exclusivamente a la reparación, reemplazo o crédito del producto defectuoso. No se cubren gastos de mano de obra, instalación ni daños consecuentes.
